Dye Sublimation Printing

Dye sublimation printing is a great way to get full colour all over coverage on T-Shirts and vests with no minimum order quantity. We can print on both sides, or just on the bottom of the garments if required.

Purchase Dye Sublimation Tees. We also offer Screen Printing, and Embroidery.

Using our exclusive printing technique you will not get any white creases under the arms like you do with other print companies.
All work is done in house at our production facility in Margate Kent.

What Is Dye Sublimation Printing?

Dye Sub printing is achieved by heat pressing a printed image directly onto a poly cotton T-Shirt from a piece of transfer paper, the ink then turns in to a gas and becomes a permanent part of the shirt.
Because we do this digitally the process is full colour, with no setup costs or minimum orders.
We need artwork for this process as a 150 DPI jpeg, 100cm wide and 90 cm high.

What kind of shirts do you supply?

We supply a wide range of T-shirts that can be dye sublimated, including American Apparel, Continental and our own white label shirts.

You can see the difference in these shirts below, some have different style fits, and the shirts with the highest polyester content have the brightest colours.

Are there any white creases under the arms?

Using our patented system you get virtually no white creases under the arms.

Unlike other companies that say it is something they have no control over.
