Many clothes companies pay out huge sums of money every year to get well known celebrities to wear promotional clothing advertising their brand name. The question many of them are now asking is are they getting a good return for their investment?There are many factors to consider before seeking out a well known personality to be the face of your company. Who is the right person to consider? The public change their minds very often and the media are always looking to unearth new scandals about every celebrity that could damage their reputation. Is the person you have in mind compatible with the product or service you want to market?Is the celebrity you have in mind already wearing other promotional clothing that may be in conflict with the brand you want to promote? Will this person be able to credibly convince the public that they love and regularly use your product?A new ploy company’s are adopting is to ask up and coming celebrities to wear their promotional clothing rather than an established stars. They feel the public are more likely to believe that this person actually likes their brand rather than simply endorsing it for the money.
