Consilium clothing - experts in Promotional clothingYoung fashion designers have created an incredible collection of promotional clothing by adapting items previously owned by celebrities. Fashion Favours was unveiled on Monday as the first ever online library for recycled promotional clothing.Fronted by designer Ben De Lisi and presenter Maquita Oliver, the project intends to increase awareness about the problems of throwaway fashion as well as raise money for HIV charity Body & Soul. Kate Winslet, Ricky Hatton and even prime minister Gordon Brown have all donated clothing to the project to be redesigned by a range of young design talent. Petra Coveney, from the volunteering website Vinspired.com which hosts Fashion Favours, said: "Fashion Favours fever is catching on across the country as young people realise how easy it is to recycle and customise old clothes." "They get to use their creativity, help the environment and raise cash for charity," she added. "It just shows that volunteering is as easy as doing a favour."DJ Kesh, who adapted Hatton's Manchester City football shirt into a woman's top, revealed: "It was great fun taking a macho baggy sports shirt and giving it a cheeky feminine makeover."Find out more about our embroidered clothing
