A range of screen printed clothing has been created to help children mark the historic win by Barack Obama in the US presidential election.

Robert Walsh Kids Clothing has designed and produced the range of shirts which celebrate the first ever black president of the United States.

During the election on Tuesday, Democratic candidate Obama beat Republican John MacCain to become the 44th American president.

Available all around the world, the promotional t-shirts include a black shirt picturing an image of the president-elect above the White House with Obama in the House as the slogan.

Other shirts feature images of Obama with One Love written in large letters and a President Obama motif with We Did It! as the main slogan.

There are also shirts depicting the former Illinois junior senator as Superman and as Optimus Prime from Transformers, as well as one with the classic statement Change Starts Now.
