Consilium clothing - experts in workwear. A head teacher in Wales has taken a hard line on school workwear policy at the start of the new term. Graham Davies at the Ysgol John Bright School in Llandudno has insisted that pupils must wear only the correct uniform when on school premises. Ahead of the new term, Mr Davies sent a letter to parents stating his intention to take a firm stance on uniform policy, including with makeup, nail varnish, jewellery and hair extensions all being banned.Mr Davies told the North Wales Weekly News: "We have bought a stock of items like sweatshirts, shirts and ties, and we have loaned these items to pupils explaining they can be paid for when their family can afford it.""We have had some positive feedback and the staff are buoyant about it," he explained."I would hope parents who have concerns or issues they wish to raise with me would come so they can be addressed." A school in Tonbridge recently sent out items of old workwear to a charity which helps children in the Balkans. Find out more about our workwear clothing.
