Consilium clothing - experts in workwear clothing.Pupils at a school in New Zealand have received a new range of workwear which has been produced using environmentally-friendly methods. According to national news channel TVNZ, the new uniforms will be worn by all pupils at the Kaiapoi Borough School in the city of Canterbury. All items of workwear have been manufactured using recycled plastics in order to lessen their impact on the environment. The school children came up the idea after requesting new uniforms which were stylish and comfortable but also did not adversely affect the planet. Noah Davis, a student at the school, said: "We are actually polluting earth and it's only going to get worse if we don't stop it and in the future it's not going to be very nice." Children at the Westfield School in Gosforth, Newcastle, were recently allowed to design their own workwear after requesting that the old uniforms be changed, reports the Journal.Find out more about our workwear.
