Consilium clothing - experts in workwear. An Italian artist has designed a new range of stylish workwear for staff at the north-east art centre which is hosting his exhibition. The B.Square show by Antonio Riello is currently at the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art in Gateshead.As part of this, Mr Riello has designed a new range of workwear for front-of-house staff, back-office teams and directors at the centre.Alessandro Vincentelli, acting head of the programme, said: "[Mr] Riello is a versatile artist who works in a range of media and pin-points communication systems and specific symbolic objects and signs as mechanisms for his work.""I'm really delighted that Baltic is able to respond to this unique imaginative project and artistic intervention." Mr Vincentelli added that the workwear designs will provide a "starting point for conversations and an exchange with both visitors and staff at the gallery". The uniforms feature a tartan which was created for the European Union in 1999 and incorporates the colours of the European flag. Find out more about our workwear clothing.
